To the rear there is a staff or family area comprising of a kitchenette cum dining room, 2 box bedrooms, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The 1st floor has 9 bedrooms comprising of 1,2,3,4, & 5 sets of bunk beds, with 5 of the rooms en-suite and the majority having hand basins. Full occupancy would be 51 to 53 guests. There are both ladies and gents shower areas with toilets. The estimated total square footage is in the region of 4,800, (c. 444 sq.m.), and stands on circa 0.50 acres, (c. 0.20 hectares).
